Hope all is well! I was reading your Global Experience testimonial online and I wanted to ask you a few questions since I am considering to enroll in the program myself.
I have a few reservations and I was wondering if you could give me some feedback. I am planning on doing the 3 month language+internship fashion business program in Milan, Italy from July to October. I am concerned about what company I will be working for and what type of work I will be doing. It worries me that they do not have a list of companies that previous interns have been placed in. Also, I have concerns about the apartments we are placed in. I spoke to Trish from Global Experiences and she told me all the apartments are "vetted" but I am sure you can give me more information from your first hand experience.
I have been trying to find employment abroad for years and have been unsuccessful. I found Global Experiences online while I was looking for employment and know I am thinking this might be my last hope. I have already been accepted into the program, but I am concerned as the program is very expensive and the US dollar is so weak in Europe right now. I want to make sure doing this will be the best thing for me as I am already 25 years old and I really want the abroad experience and hopefully get a job offer.
If you could give me any information it would be greatly appreciated it, because I have to make a decision very soon. My parents don't think this is the best path to take and I'm beginning to second guess it.
